TedrosAI provides an AI web research agent that crawls publicly accessible websites, aggregates information, and synthesizes research reports. The Service uses residential proxy networks to access web content from various geographic locations. Results are generated by AI and should be verified independently for critical decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Access non-public or password-protected content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Scrape personal data in violation of privacy laws
• Engage in competitive harm or harassment
• Circumvent access controls on websites that explicitly prohibit automated access
• Resell or redistribute raw proxy access

4. Account & API Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

Research reports generated by the Service are provided for your use. The underlying AI models, algorithms, and platform infrastructure remain the property of TedrosAI. Web content accessed during research remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

The Service provides AI-generated research based on publicly available web data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You should independently verify information for critical business decisions.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Usage beyond plan limits may result in overage charges or throttling as specified in your plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored research data will be revoked.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
